PROJECT LAND OWNER, INVESTOR & MARKETER
TSR has acquired the 25 Acres on which Eden Brooks is
built. They will partially fund the development of Phase 2
and handle the marketing of the houses, playing a crucial
role in both investment and promotion.
PROJECT DEVELOPER
Operating between London, Abuja and Kano, DVLP Has
been commissioned to act as the project developer, DVLP
Group will be responsible for various roles including design,
project management, and submissions, ensuring the smooth
progression of the Eden Brooks project
INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT
Radien NG Ltd, a Kano based Energy company, will serve as the consultant for electric
infrastructure design. They will work closely with
DVLP Group and Ribstripes to ensure Eden
Brooks is connected to the grid in a cost-effective manned
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
Based in Lagos, Elastic Ideas will be responsible for implementing TSR’s brand identity
throughout the Nigerian media landscape.
Their efforts will focus on marketing the homes
and plots of land offered by TSR, enhancing
the project’s visibility and appeal
BRAND & UX DESIGN CONSULTANT
Unbound is a Cardiff and Riyadh Based Studio
that has crafted a unique logo and brand identity for TSR. They will provide ongoing consultation to ensure the brand is effectively utilized
across multiple media platforms, maintaining a
cohesive and compelling brand presence
ENGINEERING FIRM
Ribstripes, a Lagos based engineering firm
will be responsible for producing engineering
drawings for all the roads and drainage in
Eden Brooks Estate.
